This keeps happening.  You need to clean up the software program if you are not going to award points, then don't show that you are.....

This appears to be typical of most customer service these days - a bunch of morons outside the country who have no clue. Most of them can be quite rude as well. Person to person niceness is going the way of the dodo. Ridiculous.
