Jack Attack

This is kind of interesting.  Last Friday night at the final table a player got it all in and showed J/J.  The very next hand I had J/J (and won).  The next hand?  Why J/J again....I showed and there were multiple comments.  My next two hands each contained one jack.  So, in 4 consecutive hands, I was dealt 6 jacks out of 8 cards.  Never had that happen before.  Also, never seen J/J win 3 hands in a row.

Looks like Poker Stars and Full Tilt have merged. Can anyone recommend another Texas Hold 'Em website to play poker?

That's funny. However, one night I was playing the cash game. Four hands in a row I had JJ, JJ, AA and JJ. Interestingly, the only one I lost with was AA because I had 2 black aces and there were 4 diamonds on board and I just folded on the river. I don't think I've ever won with JJ that many times in one night. I didn't make a lot of money, but I did win. Poker is strange.

Have you heard about the PDX Poker Club (formerly Encore) in Portland? You should google them and check it out. Good tournaments and not too far from you.

America's card room is good. Free rolls for real cash.
