Yes, it did, but a disclaimer. I was fooling around when I bought my initial chips. A friendly guy who plays often was at the cage at the same time. He bought in for $200 and I gave him a hard time about being pessimistic. So then I bought in for $400. My huge stack never dipped below start and cashed out for $709 for a $309 win. The huge stack did not intimidate anyone and really represented my max loss buy in. It was difficult to play around the big stacks.
Well it still looks mighty impressive and that's a good win!
Yesterday in the 3-20 game I had QQ on the button and raised to $21. KK on my left re-raised. AA to his left re-raised. JJ called. Latif capped it at $81 (he only had AK). I called. Flop was 8-2-Q and I ended up with a $500+ pot. Craziness.
I might be figuring this game out LOL - just get in with the 3rd best hand and get super lucky.

Nice! Did the stack look that good when you left?
